E. Mail Order Telephone Order (MOTO) We offer MOTO billing for users unable to pay online. This involves phone-based transactions with identity verification. By using MOTO, you authorize such charges.

F. Refunds Refunds are issued only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., system errors) and must be requested within 90 days of the transaction. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

D. Effect of Cancellation Upon cancellation, access to premium services will cease immediately. Any remaining time will not be refunded unless mandated by law.

9. COPYRIGHT POLICY AND DMCA COMPLIANCE

A. DMCA Notices We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Website infringes your copyright, please submit a formal complaint in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

12. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

A. Waiver of Collective Claims To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes must be conducted on an individual basis. No claims may be arbitrated or litigated on a class or representative basis.

B. No Class Arbitration or Consolidation Unless you and we agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

B. Jurisdiction You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any legal action not subject to arbitration.

15. MISCELLANEOUS
